Return Policy

We send confirmation emails after we receive your order along with the invoice. Pick-up locations DO NOT have storage. All meats will be delivered frozen. Failure to inform us regarding alternative arrangements for either pick-up, local delivery, shipments, or failure to pick up your delivery on the agreed date, will result in a cancellation of your order without a refund.
